Payment Terms

All prices are quoted and payable in USD unless otherwise stated. Any bank charges, intermediary fees, currency conversion fees, or transfer costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment Due Date
For retail orders: Full payment is required before shipment.
For wholesale or custom orders: A deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, GST, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.
Disputes
Any payment dispute must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
